Over the weekend, Lafayette students checked their email only to find costly library fine notices, many exceeding 100 dollars for the textbooks they are currently using.

According to Nancy Hendricks, a librarian, there was a glitch in the system, and Destiny automatically sent out the notices.

She said, “Disregard the notices.  You can still buy your Turn About tickets.”

Junior Adam Johnson said, “I don’t know how to get onto my school email, so I didn’t know about it.”
