At 5:30 p.m. Monday night, the Wildwood police were called and encouraged to check on a resident who allegedly had gotten in a argument with his wife earlier in the evening.
The 57-year-old man resides in Himalayan Pass, just east of Highway 109, past West Glen Farms and had been said to be armed and possibly have multiple guns in his home.
The man was not willing to compromise with the police and SWAT team present, and according to KMOV.com the man said he’d rather kill himself before he let [the police] in.
Five hours later, around 10:30 p.m., the situation ended and the roads through the neighborhood were open again.
