Classes receive hands-on experience during end-of-year field trips

On April 11, Becky Lawrence's Foods 3 class left school on a trip to learn about food and culture in Soulard. "We went to the Soulard Market, and talked to local farmers about supply and demand and what it is like to grow your own food," Lawrence said.
